At JewelryShuk, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your pre-owned jewelry purchase, you may return or exchange the item, no questions asked, within our return window.

📅 Return Window

To initiate a return or exchange, you must:

  • Contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your item by emailing us at info@jewelryshuk.co.il

  • Returns initiated after 5 days will not be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll provide you with specific return shipping instructions.

📦 How to Return an Item

To ensure a safe and successful return:

  • Repack the item in secure, protective packaging.

  • Insure the shipment for the full value of the item.

  • You are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

  • JewelryShuk is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during return shipping.

💳 Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We’ll send you a confirmation email once your return is accepted.

  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment, minus any shipping or handling fees.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition.

  • No alterations (such as ring resizing) may have been performed.

  • All original accompanying materials, such as authenticity certificates, diamond reports, appraisals, and branded packaging, must be returned with the item.

🔄 Exchanges

If you choose to exchange your item for another:

  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.

  • If it costs less, we’ll issue a partial refund.

❗Delayed or Missing Refunds?

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take time before the refund posts.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays are common.
