Returns & Exchanges
At JewelryShuk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return it for a refund or exchange, less shipping fees, after following these steps:
- If you wish to return an item, you must contact our customer service department prior to mailing the item back to us within 7 days after receiving the item to receive specific mailing instructions from our customer service department.
- Mail the returned item in protective packaging and insured to ensure safe return shipment. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping & insurance costs for returning your item. JewelryShuk is NOT responsible for loss or theft during return shipping.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, less shipping fees. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your refund to be processed once your return has been accepted.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It will not be accepted if any alterations, such as ring resizing, have been performed, or if any other items originally received with your purchase, such as authenticity reports, diamond certificates, appraisals and/or boxes are not received by JewelryShuk.
- If you elect to exchange the item for another item of a different price, an additional charge or a partial refund will be applied.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
